Foggy and his FPR riders Troy Corser and Chris Walker will have another chance for team bonding this weekend when all three take part in the third Shark X-Trem event in France.

All three are sponsored by Shark helmets and will be displaying their all-round competitive skills at the three-day event in the French towns of Saint Jean de Luz and Sauveterre de Bearn from Friday until Sunday.

Carl and Troy will team up to participate in the special VIP race, featuring an enduro race. Competitors are then given the chance to pick one extra event from a choice of running, mountain biking and canoeing, to contribute to the two-man team total.

Chris, however, has decided to compete in the ‘professional’ race, alongside team-mate Paul Malin. Those competitors will tackle the disciplines of enduro, motorbike navigation, canoeing, running and mountain biking.

Other celebs expected to take part are WSB rider Regis Laconi, GP rider Alex Barros, Olympic figure skating champion Gwendal Peizerat, and BSB champion Shakey Byrne.

Carl said: “I’m looking forward to it, although I have heard a lot of stories about how extreme it actually is. We were invited before we signed Chris, so Troy was an obvious choice of team-mate – he had better not let his boss down!”
